I’ve paid. When will my library be ready?
Your account is created and activated within 24 hours of confirmed payment. Look for your welcome email and a separate “Your library is ready” email. Check your junk or spam folder too. If more than 24 hours have passed, email us with your checkout email address and transaction reference.
I’ve forgotten my password.
Open My Library, select Sign in, then use “Lost your password?” to request a fresh reset link. Choose your own password using the secure email link.
Can I download the books from my online library?
The collection is for reading online through your account. Downloads and physical books are not included, and an internet connection is required. For individual purchase options, visit the Books page.
